AI automation · Operations + back-office automation
AI automation for ops + back-office.
The unglamorous workflows — vendor management, expense ops, contract review, HR ops, finance reconciliation — eat your operators' time and bottleneck the business. Designed correctly, AI agents handle the predictable 80% and surface only the exceptions.
What we build
Vendor + procurement agent
Vendor request → agent runs intake, checks against existing contracts, escalates only if it's actually new spend.
Expense + AP automation
Receipt / invoice → agent classifies, codes to GL, routes for approval, syncs to accounting.
Contract review agent
New contract → agent runs first-pass review against your standards (payment terms, IP, termination, etc.), surfaces issues for legal review.
HR ops agent
Onboarding, offboarding, common HR questions — handled by an agent with access to your HR systems + handbook.
Finance reconciliation + reporting
Continuous reconciliation between banking, billing, accounting + automated reporting to leadership.

Who this is for
Operators at 25-250 person companies where back-office workflows are eating COO / Head of Ops / Controller time that should be on higher-leverage work.
Questions
Does this replace our accountant / bookkeeper?+
No — it makes them dramatically more leveraged. The systems we build handle the data entry + classification + routine reconciliation. The accountant does the substantive work (close, tax planning, reporting).
What about SOX / audit posture?+
Designed with audit trails, change history, and access controls. Public-company-level audit posture isn't a sweet spot for our typical engagement, but SMB + mid-market audit needs are absolutely in scope.
How do you handle expense fraud / approval limits?+
Approval limits + fraud detection are part of the workflow design. Anything outside threshold escalates to a human, no exceptions. Honest constraints over false comfort.
